in regards to the second vid...around the 7-minute mark (after the brief digression into utter chaos) he describes time as something we generate, that "isnt there in a physical sense." i know people always say that time is a man-made thing, but i don't really get that. to me it seems as physical as any other dimension, and if those aren't there "in a physical sense" then what the hell is? so if that part of the vid made sense to you, explain that shit in some other words to me.
theres a debate on wether or not time is a fundamental force or created by some sort of force, like temperature is created by the movement of atoms. mckenna might be saying that our atoms or "metabolism" is the force behind our construct of time? there's also the twin astronaut paradox since time moves differently in different gravitational fields, so in that sense, time kind of bypasses the physical realm of things…?
