finally tried this. spent a while really paying attention to the patterns behind my eyelids, which turned out to be kinda hard. it was like my eye thought it was seeing, so it thought it had to blink, so it kept trying to open. you could probably train it with practice, which is cool to think about. after that i got super-aware of my whole body. found a really natural body position like 5 mins in, and now my whole body feels pretty serene.
